At TGM Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unmounted equipment in its original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled or gripped, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a trackable shipping carrier of your choice and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.
