Scratch and Dent items are things we amass that have some technical fault where we just don't feel right selling them as "Brand New". 99% of the time the fault is a tiny scratch or blem that would happen within 1 minute of skating the board. Sometimes these are boards that got returned out of the original packaging with small marks for shipping. Sometimes the decks were skated... we will tell you all the details. This board is used. Maybe tested out for about 10 minutes, then returned. The board has dirty grip, dirty wheels, and some minor wear on the nose and tail. Witch is normal wear for being tested out.
